EAOP has partnered with the Antelope Valley Unified High School District to offer its services to Antelope Valley high schools. EAOP provides full services to three of the high schools and in-direct service to the other four AVUHSD schools. UCLA is also a partner, and current chair, of the Antelope Valley Higher Education Consortium. The consortium is a partnership between the Antelope Valley High School District, Antelope Valley College, CSU Bakersfield, CSU Fresno and UCLA. It's goals are to: "Promote higher education culture to support the economic development/productivity of the Antelope Valley."
